Dedicated to a hospitality career with a focus on customer service and leading teams. An enriching fifteen years of experience working with Marriott International, Marc Mata achieved experience in two key hospitality fields; Food & Beverage and Rooms operation division passing through Luxury, Premium & Selected Services. Having worked for renown brands as Ritz Carlton, W Hotels, JW Marriott and many more. On his period in a hotel director role, Marc went deep in creativity, conceptualisation and marketing approach, focused on opening hotel properties on the lifestyle segment, while not forgetting to drive profit and value to the projects involved for owners and regional teams.
